Just like everything we do, we believe that simplicity is better. Our coulis’ are made with Organic berries, Organic Cane Sugar, and Citric Acid (Lemon Juice). This simplicity lets the berries speak for themselves. Our coulis’ are much less sweet than typical fruit “gels” found in the cakes and baked goods at a big box-story bakery, which means with every bite of a Frosted cake, you’ll taste the quality and freshness of these amazing fruits!

Coulis contain NO- Allergens, added colors, artificial flavors, or high fructose corn syrup.
