It’s all about the chocolate!



 What is Ganache? Well, it’s only about the most delicious thing ever created. And I really mean that… I think I could eat this every day for the rest of my life and still be excited about it!

We create our chocolate ganache with just two ingredients: Heavy Cream and Guittard Chocolate Chips. The cream is gently heated in a double boiler, we add in the chocolate, and stir until this fudge-pudding-like sauce comes together. While it’s still slightly warm it can be used as a drip topping for cakes, or once it has cooled to room temperature it can be used in place of frosting for cake and cupcakes alike.

We offer Chocolate Ganache in 4 varieties: Dark, Semi-Sweet, Milk, and White Chocolate.

Guittard Chocolate Chip Ingredients: Sugar, Cacao Beans, Cocoa Butter, Sunflower Lecithin, And Real Vanilla. Made in a dedicated Peanut, Tree Nut, and Gluten Free Facility.
