Cream cheese filling
A must-try on our list of fillings. As with many of our other fillings, this too is a recipe of just 4 ingredients: Cream Cheese, Sweet Cream Butter, Powdered Sugar, and our very own small match Vanilla Extract brewed in-house with Local Organic Vodka! Our cream cheese filling is not too sweet and still retains much of its cream cheese flavor. If you love cheesecake this is the next best thing! This filling works in any of our cakes, or even as a frosting for our cupcakes. However, do it how soft this frosting is, and its lack of structure, we do not offer it as an exterior frosting for our cakes.
